Legacies can be left either in the form of :-
1. Residuary Bequest
Where you provide that the remainder of your Estate is given to Shopmobility Watford after you have provided specific gifts of money or property to your family and friends and paid off any liabilities.
2. A Specific Bequest
Where you make a specific gift to Shopmobility Watford whether it be money or a specific gift, which could for example be jewellery, stocks and shares, or property.
If you have already made a Will and do not wish to enter into more expense in having a new Will drafted, you may wish to add to your existing Will by means of a Codicil.
This is a document, which contains your additional instructions to your Will. It is signed by you in the presence of two witnesses exactly the same as a Will.
