Re-registration of your membership of Shopmobility Watford

14/8/2018

Re-registration is due at the end of this year. You can re-register with us at any time from 1st September up to the end of 2018, and we are pleased to advise that membership will then be valid until the end of 2020.

In order to complete the re-registration process please bring with you two proofs of identity bearing your address (e.g. driving licence, utility bill or hospital letter). Failure to bring the required proofs of address will mean that we will NOT be able to register you on that day and we ask you to bring the evidence on your next visit to enable us to complete your re-registration.

We will then ask you to fill out a new yellow registration form, and you will, in return, be provided with your new membership card.

Dacorum Steam & Country Fayre 2018 - Scooters available

We will have six scooters available to loan on a 'first come, first served' basis,
we will not be taking bookings.

We are grateful to Meadow Mobility for providing the scooter transport to and from the venue.

If you are already registered with us please bring your 'orange' registration card with you it will save some time.

If you are not registered with us (or have not used our service since April 2017) not a problem we will have to do some paperwork instead (If possible please bring some ID incl. proof of address).
